Help Dave, Sina & family rebuild their life

Hi all,

 

Dave, Sina, Lucy, Maya and their dog Bowie have just lost their beautiful family home in North Lismore and everything in it.

 

Like several others, they thought they were prepared for the worst. The recent floods in the Northern Rivers NSW were unprecedented in their severity and so their house was flooded despite being raised above the 1 in 100 year flood levels!

 

They are safe and staying for now at their close friend Jay's place in Corndale. The family will be eligible to receive $2,800 Disaster Recovery Payment from the Commonwealth govt for flood victims but they are in need of more support as a starting point to rebuild their lives again. So many of you have offered love and support - this is a really practical way you can help them to buy food, white goods, bedding, cleaning materials etc, so please contribute in whatever capacity you have. It won't go to waste!
