Help Dave Schuettpelz with his medical bills

Our good friend and former coworker, Dave Schuettpelz, was diagnosed on November 2nd with stage 3 esophageal and gastric cancer. After a slew of tests and many visits to both Hall Perrine Cancer Center and The University of Iowa Hospitals & Clinics, Dave's doctors have finally come up with a treatment plan! He will start daily radiation and weekly chemo treatments on January 25th for 5-1/2 weeks, followed by 3 to 4 weeks of rest, and then surgery to remove what is left of the cancer. He may have to follow up with more chemo treatments after he has healed from the surgery, but that is yet to be determined. The road to recovery will be long and challenging, however, Dave's spirits are high and he is determined to beat this cancer! We would like to help Dave by raising money to offset some of his medical expenses. We hope you will consider joining us in this effort to help our dear friend.
