Hello, my name is Dave. I started this because the past year has been extremely difficult. I’m unable to work and I am close to losing my house. My health has taken its toll on my family. I have osteoarthritis, which caused me to have my left hip and shoulder surgery for implants. I have lumbar spinal stenosis along with an L4-L5 slipped disc, which has left me stuck in bed. I’m reaching out to the community for help. I need help because I have 2-3 doctors appointments weekly and since I’m unable to drive funds will be used to get to appts catch up mortgage
