Support Dave Hunter’s Battle with Cancer

After undergoing 2 life saving liver transplants, Dave Hunter has recently been diagnosed with Stage 4 cancer. This diagnosis came abruptly and blindsided both him and his family, as there were no symptoms until 2 weeks ago. Unfortunately the cancer is already widespread and is in his bones and spine which is causing him a lot of pain. Dave is scheduled to start radiation treatments next week and will eventually move on to chemotherapy as well. His health is complicated due to being on Anti-rejection medication from his liver transplants, so the cancer treatments will also be complicated, limiting him to only certain types of interventions.

This diagnosis has been difficult for his wife, parents, and daughters to process. There will be many appointments with both his transplant doctors and the oncology department that need to be done in Philly. This means tolls, gas, and time off work for Dawn. We are humbly asking for assistance with the financial burden that the Hunters are now faced with.
