Hello everyone, this is very hard for me to put together but my family needs your help and support. On Saturday November 22nd my dad had a very serious heart attack while we were on vacation in Honolulu. He had to be rushed to the ICU and has been on life support ever since. As everyone knows my dad is a very private person and isn’t one to ever ask for help, but that isn’t an option right now.

Dave had felt short of breath starting on Wednesday up until he collapsed on Saturday in our hotel room. When paramedics arrived and did an EKG he was found to be experiencing a heart attack which resulted in him being transported to the emergency room. Since arriving to the hospital he has been on full life support including intubation, continuous dialysis, medications to keep up his blood pressure, and was recently started on ECMO to give his body time to recover on its own.

Now we do have some good news finally and the UW flight team is on their way to see if he is stable enough for transport to UW here in Seattle. We won’t know until the morning of November 27th but things are looking like this is more than likely the next step.

At this time we are asking for help. Even if you cannot support financially simply sharing this page would mean the world to my family and I. For those of you who know my dad, he is going to really hate the fact I am doing this so be sure to support as you can. I need him to know just how important he is to everyone who has had the opportunity to meet him.
