Hi I’m Dave I’m a poet and full time worker. A few months ago I was diagnosed with severe plantar fasciitis, and it’s has progressively gotten worse. A few days ago it became too painful to walk and my only option is surgery. I work for a living on my feet and I have absolutely no savings or insurance. I only have a few days of sick and vacation time each.

It’s hard to know what to say when you’re begging for your life on the internet. I’m still recovering financially from having cancer earlier this year. If I do not come up with at least some of this money soon things will go south very fast. I need to cover my rent, medication, food and cat food costs while I am out of work. Any help at all is appreciated.
