Help Dave get a stable base

So I've been on the waiting list for a council flat for nearly five years now and been through severely traumatizing circumstances including sexual assault addiction and homeless. I was recently told by my therapist that there's no chance of me rising in the priority category and to not expect to ever get a place through the broken system.

I've built up the courage and squashed down the shame of asking to suggest a whip round of a quid each for anyone who can help me sidestep the system and enable me to put down a deposit and first months rent.

Might be a total pipe dream but it's better than me banging my head against the wall of social housing.

The goal has been surpassed as automated goal settings were on, any help with how to help worthier causes is encouraged and I can share the link to manage this fundraiser.

Also help with finding a one bedroom flat through a private trustworthy landlord is needed as I've had some very very bad experiences in the past x
