HELP DAVE “D3” & JAMIEL SAVE OUR FILM LAB!

Hi, my name is Jamiel; my good friend Dave "D3" and I own and run the only Film Photography Lab in Naples, Florida, called; ON A ROLL FILM LAB. We started about one year ago, putting everything we have on the line for this, including taking several loans to help cover costs. Unfortunately, about two months ago, Dave caught covid-19, and he developed a blood clot for the 2nd time behind his leg. He has difficulty walking, standing for long periods, and driving more than short distances due to the extreme swelling in his leg. Blood clots can be very dangerous if they break loose and travel to the lungs. It can even be fatal if not dealt with right away. The specialists told him it would take at least 8-12 months to recover, so D3 decided it was best to put his health first and step down from the business. I just signed a commercial lease for the new shop location, and now to lose my business partner is tough, but I can handle this. To continue this business venture, I am asking for any help you can find in your heart to help keep this dream alive and continue providing film photography/development services to the Naples/SWFL area! The contributions will be used towards helping us pay off immediate loans and be able to keep the equipment to continue operating the business.

More than running this business, we are building a community. We want to continue to provide services, film, scanning, photography, events, film walks, cameras, etc., to everyone!
