Help Dave and his family with his rehab journey

My husband David had an ischemic stroke in August 2018 . It caused him to have left sided weakness and little functionality in his left hand . It also left him with foot drop and needed a splint to walk and left him with severe spasticity. In November 2018 he was diagnosed with CADASIL which is a non treatable genetic condition that constricts the small blood vessels in the brain and causes strokes . In March 2019 he had a second stroke and it caused further damage to his left side . He has learned how to walk again twice in 4 years . He has been unable to work since his first stroke and has needed instensive physio which has to be paid for privately .

On feb 20th this year he had a third stroke in the brainsteam area of the brain which caused severe double vision and dizziness . He is amazingly positive and is determined to fight back despite everything he has been through

I am setting up this go fund me page to help with the cost of Davids physio and medical bills . We are hoping to bring Dave to a state of the art neurological physio clinic in the UK for 4 -6weeks in the summer . We will have to relocate to the UK for the duration of the physio .

David is 45 we have two boys and he is the most amazing father and wants to continue with his rehab indefinitely so he can be the best version of himself ..

We are going to be doing a 5 mile run in Tallaght In June to help with the fundraising and we also hope to be able to donate funds to the stroke unit in Tallaght Hospital .Any donations of any amount are greatly appreciated ❤️ If anyone deserves this David does ❤️
