Help Dasha Stay in School — Support a Student-Athlete’s Dream
Hi everyone,
I’m reaching out to ask for help for someone who really means a lot to me.
Dasha Kulik is a 16-year-old student-athlete who’s been studying and training at Montverde Academy — one of the top international boarding schools in the U.S. She’s an incredible basketball player and an even more amazing person: smart, kind, focused, and always lifting up the people around her.
But now she’s at risk of losing everything.
✅ Why We’re Raising Funds
Dasha recently lost her financial aid and housing due to a paperwork issue during re-enrollment — and at the same time, a sponsor who had supported her athletic costs also backed out unexpectedly.
So now, she’s stuck. Without support, she won’t be able to stay at Montverde.
We’re trying to raise funds to cover:
• Tuition deposit
• Dorm housing
• School fees and insurance
• Uniforms and supplies
The total goal is $65,000, and every single dollar will go straight toward those costs. Payments will be made directly to the school and providers — no third parties, no confusion. Receipts are available for full transparency.
Who Dasha Is
Dasha’s not just a talented athlete — she’s a leader. On the court, she’s a fearless point guard who plays way beyond her age. Off the court, she’s the kind of person who helps others believe in themselves, whether it’s in class, in the dorm, or at practice.
She’s kept a 9.5 GPA while training every day, and has never once complained. Her teachers and coaches always talk about how much she inspires those around her.
Why This Matters to Me
I know how much it hurts to feel like you’re losing the thing you love most. When I first came to Montverde, I was burned out from my own sport — but Dasha helped me find my fire again.
She’s been there for so many people. Now I’m doing everything I can to be there for her.
We Can Share
To anyone who wants confirmation or documentation, we can provide:
• Transcripts and GPA info
• Recommendation letters
• Direct school contacts
• Receipts and payment proof
Thank you for reading this far. Whether you donate, share, or just send encouragement — it all helps. Let’s bring Dasha back to school and back to the court where she belongs.
We’re not giving up.
Let’s do this together.
