Hello, My name is Deanna and I foster dogs for a rescue in Emmett Idaho. I recently had a gal reach out to me on Facebook about a dog she has finally rescued from the streets. Their local shelter in Payette Idaho does not have room for him and no other county will take him due to him not being found in their county. I will be taking him into my home with my other fosters until he is nourished and ready for a new home.

Meet Dash❤️

Dash was rescued February 26th, 2025 from the streets of payette. He is extremely malnourished and has a back leg that appears to have problems and needs to be looked at by a Vet. I am not sure how much to even ask for, and I’m not ever the one to even ask for handouts. I’m just wanting to give Dash a second chance at life❤️ anything helps for this sweet boy ❤️

Update 2/27/25 

Dash has been taken into my care and received medical attention immediately. His back left leg was shattered and has an infection. They will be amputating his leg next week! My local veterinarian is sooo amazing and has offered to help with the price of his surgery. Typically a surgery like this would be $1,800. He is being so kind and helping Dash’s cause and is only charging me $1,200. I am asking for 1,400 just in case expenses go over. Today 2/27 he received antibiotics, pain medication, flea and tick medication as well as got blood work done! The blood work came back great and he has no other health issues besides his left leg. The total for the vet visit today was $305. Anything will help this sweet boy❤️ Thank you so much. God bless❤️
