My uncle Darwin is a loving and devoted father in Guatemala who is currently facing chronic kidney failure, heart failure, and arterial hypertension. His conditions requires ongoing medical care, specialized treatment, and regular checkups. Unfortunately, the costs of this essential care have quickly become overwhelming for him and his family.
