Darwin is a 3 year old rescued dachshund chihuahua mix who was was recently diagnosed with intervertebral disc disease. This morning, Darwin woke up with his hind legs paralyzed and in need of a neurological surgery called a hemilaminectomy. Including the cost of an MRI and surgery, his vet bill will most likely soar to $6,500. 

Darwin is my best friend. He is the cutest, goofiest, most loving chiweenie on the planet. I am still a student with no means of income, and the cost of this surgery would take almost everything I have. Any size donation would greatly help me and Darwin get through this.
