Help Darren walk again
Donation protected
On Monday 1/4/2021 my uncle Darren McGill woke up on what should have been his first day at his new job without the feeling in his legs. After being rushed to the hospital by ambulance they found out that he had a stroke in the middle of the night. Over the last 2 days he has slowly started to move his toes showing signs of improvement. The doctors recommended him to go to a very successful rehabilitation clinic where they will work with him 4 hours a day to try and regain the strength and movement to walk again. Unfortunately because he was supposed to start his new job that day, he was one month shy of having health insurance. It is estimated this rehab clinic will cost around $150,000. For anyone who knows Darren, they know he would never ask for help. He is more of a giver than a taker and would probably disown me if he knew I created this. I know it is a lot to ask especially with the way the world is today but any help would be greatly appreciated.
