I never thought I would be in a position where I’d need to ask for help, but I am truly out of options. I am a 65-year-old Vietnam veteran who was injured on the job and unable to work fully at this time. During my time out of work being on Workers Comp, bills quickly fell behind. I also had to use all of my savings and rainy-day funds to cover divorce and family court legal expenses.
Now, my son and I are facing the very real possibility of losing the place we call home. Without your help, it might not be possible to stay. I am doing everything I can to recover and rebuild, but I cannot do it alone. I am asking for help to catch up on essential bills and keep a roof over our heads. Any support you can provide, no matter how small, would make a huge difference. From the bottom of my heart, I am deeply grateful for your generosity, prayers, and encouragement during this difficult time.
