Help Darren Recover

We are fundraising for Darren Casper's medical bills after an accident on May 16th. All funds will go to the Casper family to help with medical bills and financial insecurity at this unimaginable time.

Darren was on a job and fell from a ladder, struck the back of his head, and was found dazed and confused. He was rushed to Reston Hospital where he was in the ICU for 5 days as his initial life threatening injuries were addressed and given time to heal. While at Reston Hospital there were some specific complications to the fracture on the left temporal bone in the back of his head which led to Darren being transferred to Georgetown University Hospital.  He is currently still in the hospital being watched closely, and even after discharge will need home care for several weeks following. It has been a scary couple of weeks. His wife Shannon has been by his side since the accident and his 5 children all came into town to support and encourage him in his recovery.

Darren has made significant progress but is not out of the woods yet. It's going to be a long road of recovery ahead of him, but we know that with the support of his family and community he can have a full recovery.

We are beyond grateful to our close friend Scott Bradly for his swift response in getting emergency help for Darren after his fall. Scott’s response was critical & we are told, likely saved his life.❤️
