Help Darrell and Kim following Darrell's accident

Hi, I'm Renee Sherbert,

I'm asking for prayers and if you are able, contribute financially to help Darrell and Kim. Darrell was in a devastating accident when his 18 wheeler left the road, crashed and caught fire. Darrell has dislocated joints, shattered joints and multiple broken bones, and 3rd degree burns over 20% of his body. The accident happened out of town and Darrell had to be airlifted to Charlotte, NC where he underwent surgery to stabilize his legs. Darrell was then airlifted to Wake Forest Baptist Burn Center - Multi Specialty Hospital in Winston-Salem, NC, which is 4 hours away from their home near Travelers Rest, SC. He has already undergone 2 more surgeries while at Wake Forest and will require countless more. Once he is more stable, Darrell will require a total hip replacement.

As you might imagine, Darrell has a very long road ahead and at this point, we do not know when he might get to come home. He is not out of the woods yet, but we pray that each and every day gets him closer to being well and coming home. The day of the accident, Kim had just begun her first official full day in a new position at work. Kim is going to be out of work for an unknown period of time to be by Darrell's side. (and let me tell you, he doesn't like it when she's not there....those two are tight!). With Kim having no income now and the added expenses of being away from home, this family could really use some help!!!!!!! No amount is too small, because it all adds up. Our family appreciates prayers for Darrell's healing and recovery as well as for good health and strength for Kim. This is definitely going to be a long tough journey, but we have a good good Father!
