Meet Darnell W., a San Mateo County local working to rebuild his life.

Darnell has spent years on the streets of San Mateo after being forced into homelessness. Despite the challenges, he remains kind, soft-spoken, and hopeful. He told us his biggest dream is stable housing; a quiet place to feel safe, get rest, and begin again.

He walks miles each day, with nowhere to go and little to carry. Yet he still greets people with warmth. What he needs most now is support: shelter, basic supplies, and a chance to regain his footing.

This fundraiser is just for him. 100% of the donations will go directly toward helping Darnell take the next step forward; no overhead, no cut taken. Just one human helping another.
