Hello, my name is Darlene Estrada. I am a single mother of six beautiful children. It’s really rough at times, but we have always made it through thanks to our faith in God. I work at a school district as an Instructional Aide. As of June, I have been out of work due to summer break and will not return until July 20th. I have always worked hard for my children to get them whatever they need. I am extremely proud of myself for doing what I can to provide for them. However, my oldest son was recently in a car accident that left him with face fractures to his cheekbone and his eye socket. We do live 2 hours away from where he is having his surgeries. The cost for gas, food, and a place to stay is really expensive aside from the cost of medical bills and medications that he will be prescribed. I don’t like to ask for help and feel embarrassed to be asking, but I feel that this would be a tremendous help for me. Anything you donate would be very much appreciated.
