Hello friends and family!

As most of you know, on Thursday May 21st our mom was in a car accident and was hit by two other cars. She was transported to the hospital via ambulance as she was experiencing bad chest pains. There she had x-rays and a CT-scan taken. We are extremely fortunate and grateful that there were no major injuries, just bad bruising across her body. She is still very shaken by the accident but has been at home resting with ice and healing.  

This will come as a major financial hit. In addition to having her car totaled, the biggest financial hit will be the medical bills. She does not have health insurance, and while she did not need greater interventions, we know from a past health scare that the hospital bills are really going to add up. 

We are so grateful to our community and to everyone for reaching out to check on her. God is good and has always provided for our family. We are keeping faith that He will see us through this as well. We will update this page with more details once we receive her medical bills. Thank you again for the outpouring of love during this time. We recognize that this is a difficult time for many and are very touched by our community's support and willingness to help at this time.
