Darian is fighting for her son.

Seven months ago, Darian was falsely accused of neglect and her child was apprehended. Since then, mother and son have been kept apart while she tries to navigate an exhausting and deeply unfair system.

The months that followed have brought relentless stress. Darian has been dealing with serious health challenges while also facing ongoing family law court appearances, all of which have added pressure, delay, and financial strain. Instead of being able to focus on healing and on reunification with her child, she is being forced to fight on multiple fronts at once.

She urgently needs help.

We are raising funds to help cover Darian’s rent and legal costs so she can remain housed and bring her son home. Legal fees add up quickly, and when someone is already under this kind of pressure, even basic monthly expenses can become overwhelming.

No parent should have to face this alone. Darian needs stability, support, and the means to keep going.

I have been supporting Darian since September and have spent hundreds of hours helping her navigate this crisis. I would not be standing with her, or asking others to do the same, unless I believed she and her son have been harmed by the very systems meant to protect them.
