Hello all, this is very hard to ask but right now this is my last option. I’ll start from the beginning.

I got in a wreck on December 11th 2015. It was a winter day, the roads were icy and I was on my way home from my 4-8 AM shift at the coffee shop where I worked at the time. I was on the highway and once my car came out of the shadows of some trees, a blinding light hit my dirty windshield and I couldn't see how backed up the traffic was that was ahead of me. I started to roll down my window to try and see better but I was too late. I hit a city bus going 30 miles an hour with no seatbelt on. I launched forward and hit my lower jaw on my steering wheel. My 4 front lower teeth were smashed in, I bit completely through my tongue and tore multiple holes around my bottom lip. The surgery I had that day put my 4 bottom teeth put back in place as well as stitching my tongue and lip area back together. The healing process was extremely traumatic and still affects me to this day. There's more to the story but I’ll get to the point.

In December of 2020 I started to notice the teeth that were affected started to come loose and leak fluid. I held off for as long as I could but I knew I would have to get those teeth removed and start the dental implant process. In January I got the teeth removed and the implants put in. I haven't had any lower front teeth since then and It has been affecting my mental health quite a bit. I had an appointment to get the abutment done so I could get the crowns made but I was unaware that my dental insurance had run out. The bill is 6,396 dollars. I’ve applied for a Cosmetic dentistry grant but there are no participating dental offices in Minnesota. My mom paid 4000 for the removal of my teeth + the implants. My Dad is able to pay for the abutment which is around 1800. They are unable to pay anymore than that so that’s why I am asking all of you. In total I need 4,624. Anything helps, I’m just trying to get my teeth back so I can put that bad memory behind me. Anything that’s leftover will be used for some much needed therapy that I’ve been putting off for too long. Thank you. I’m open to any questions you might have.
