Help me get a breast reduction!

Hey y’all!! For anyone finding this who doesn’t know me, my name is Dara. I’m a 24 year old Black woman and I have been dealing with back and shoulder pain for about 12 years, half of my life, due to my breast size
My breasts are currently a 44G. They’ve always been very large, but they’ve been growing in size and weight loss has not helped me. Because of the size and weight of my breasts, I have had severe shoulder pain for years as well as upper back pain. I have also been dealing with fatigue for the past few years that I believe is due to the weight I am carrying around. I have a very difficult time sitting up straight and often slouch due to the heaviness of my breasts.
Other than the physical issues, I personally have felt feelings of shame and sadness surrounding the size of my breasts. It genuinely is exhausting and I am very tired of dealing with it. I would be so overjoyed to be able to fit into clothes that fit elsewhere, as well. That would be so cool!!!
Last year, I had a consultation with a doctor who affirmed the fact that I needed a breast reduction and helped me to figure out how much it would be. My insurance denied coverage and I won’t be able to pay out of pocket on my own.
I have done a fair amount of research on the cost of surgery, and it comes to about $6000. I believe that I can personally cover any costs beyond that.
If you’ve read this far, thank you so much.
