My name is Daphne and I am a trans woman living in Washington State.

I have been denied constantly the front-end advocacy I need and punished as if my disability was willful disregard of the law. I'm a person who people have abandoned for their perception of me as some 'gamer' of the system. I just needed help getting help.

Receiving a clinical diagnosis and proper care would be life-changing for me. It would allow me to access social security systems and resources that could provide protection and support. With the right help, I could begin to improve my daily life and find hope for the future. I am determined to overcome these barriers, but I cannot do it alone.
