Hi everyone! My name is Dante Cormier, and I am an 18-year-old Canadian para-athlete competing in track and field (T34 racing chair). I am currently ranked #2 in Canada, among the top 20 in the world, and #3 for U20 athletes globally.

I’ve been given an incredible opportunity—Athletics Canada has invited me to compete in my first international race at the prestigious Swiss Series in Switzerland and attend a high-performance training camp in Victoria. These experiences are crucial for my development, giving me the chance to train with world-class coaches, race against top athletes, and make necessary adjustments to my racing chair.

But I need your help to get there! The costs for travel, accommodations, and equipment add up quickly, and I need to raise $14,000 to make this dream a reality.

The money would be spent in the following way (costs are estimates done by Athletics Canada):

$1000 - Registration

$2000 - Travel

$4000 - Accommodations

$3500 - Suggested Disc Wheels

~$3000 - Frame modifications

Any further funds raised will go towards continuing my athletic journey.
