Help Dante and Olivia Be with Baby Brooks
Donation protected
On Saturday, February 22, 2025, Brooks Tanner Venema was born two months premature via emergency c-section. With being born so early, there have been a few complications for baby Brooks. He has thin skin in some areas, so he has to be kept in a humid environment to keep anything from sticking to those areas and hurting his already delicate skin.
Dante and Olivia were able to spend only a day with Brooks before the hospital had to transfer him to the M Health Fairview University of Minnesota Medical Center, where they had the proper personnel and equipment to care for him. Brooks is now seven hours away from the hospital in Bismarck, ND that Olivia and Dante are currently in. Olivia will hopefully be discharged tomorrow, and from there they can drive out to be with Brooks in Minnesota.
Olivia has already spent three weeks in the hospital because of pregnancy complications, and now between the hospital bills for her and Brooks, and Dante missing work and having to travel so much it has already caused a financial stress that will grow exponentially.
Despite all of this, Dante and Olivia remain positive and grateful for the blessings they’ve received over the past couple of days.
Dante, Olivia, and baby Brooks are loved immensely and by many, and there are a lot of people asking how they can help. If you have the means to help financially in any way, it is greatly appreciated.
We are so grateful for the outpouring of love and support that Dante, Olivia, and Brooks have already received, we will continue to update as things progress.
