Help Danny’s Family Rebuild in Venezuela

Danny came to the United States with his wife and baby boy to build a better future for his family. He did everything the right way. He secured a work visa, applied for asylum, and came here ready to work hard and contribute. And that’s exactly what he did.

Anyone who has worked alongside Danny knows what kind of man he is. He is the definition of hardworking. In the beating hot sun, during the longest days, Danny was always the one smiling, cracking jokes, lifting everyone’s spirits, and making the work lighter for all of us. He is truly a ray of sunshine.. the kind of person who makes you better just by being around him.

Danny’s faith is a huge part of who he is. Every morning in the truck, he’d have Spanish Bible verses playing through the speakers while we headed to work. That’s just Danny. He leans on his faith for everything. You can see it in how he treats people.. he’s patient, kind, humble, grateful… even on the hardest days

Recently, Danny and our team were abruptly pulled over by an unmarked vehicle. Even though he tried to show his work visa and all of his valid paperwork, they didn’t look. They just took him. It’s heartbreaking to see a man do everything the right way, only for the system to fail him, crush his dreams, and leave his family displaced and struggling

After exhausting efforts with attorneys and exploring every possible legal option, he and his wife were faced with an impossible reality. They were told his chances of release were extremely slim and that he could be detained for months, possibly longer.

After many difficult conversations, Danny made the heartbreaking decision to self-deport so he can return home to his family sooner rather than remain separated from them indefinitely.
Danny and his wife sold everything to come here in hopes of building a life. Now, they are faced with starting over from nothing.
Instead of continuing to pour money into uncertain legal battles, we want to create a safety net for Danny, his wife, and their son as they return to Venezuela.

The funds raised will help:
* Cover travel expenses to get Danny home safely
* Provide rent and basic living expenses for his wife and son
* Help with food, necessities, and immediate resettlement costs
* Give them a small foundation to rebuild their lives with dignity

Even $1 makes a difference. If you can’t give, please consider sharing. Danny gave us laughter on hard days, strength when the work felt heavy, and friendship that felt like family. Now it’s our turn to stand beside him.

He may be leaving the United States, but he is leaving behind a community that loves him deeply. Let’s help send him home with hope, stability, and the fresh start he deserves.
Thank you for your kindness and support.
