Hello, my name is Danny Hobday and I was recently selected to compete with the USA U20 National Team at the World Junior Championships in Logroño, Spain. I am extremely honored and excited to have been chosen to represent my country and my hometown of Saint Paul, Minnesota.

I have been playing ultimate frisbee since 6th grade because it was one of only two sports offered at my school. I fell in love with the sport instantly, and after playing at many different levels over the past 8 years, the sport has given me so much, from a space to compete and push myself to many lifelong friendships and communities. I'm excited to continue to push myself at a higher level alongside very talented teammates.

As grateful as I am for this opportunity, it is very expensive to travel to Spain and compete at this level, especially as a college student. I am asking for financial support to achieve this life long goal of mine. These donations will help cover travel, housing, meals, and tournament fees which combine for an estimated cost of over $6,500. Any amount would be a great help and I appreciate the support!
