My Name is Danny, my room mate and I were the victim of a housing scam a few weeks ago and they stole over $3200 from us. We were already broke to begin with and this was a huge punch to the gut. Because of this scam, we're behind on all of our bills and can't afford to sustain.

We filed a police report and disputed the charges but the bank needs the police to contact them to get us our money back and they've been dragging their feet for almost a whole month and just recently the officer in charge of the case stopped responding to us completely and we can't get ahold of them anymore. Anything helps, I just want to be able to pay my rent and get some food.
