Help Danny and Maria Stephenson

Danny and Maria need your help!

 

In early December 2021, Maria was hospitalized with a bad case of sepsis. The infection got into her heart valve that had been replaced a few years ago. She ended up needing surgery to have the valve replaced again on December 17. What followed were many complications that resulted in her being in a medically-induced coma for over a month.  She has thankfully regained consciousness now and is showing signs of her old self, but she has an incredibly tough road ahead of her to get off the ventilator and out of the hospital. Once strong enough to leave the hospital, she has months of rehabilitation ahead of her to become strong enough to return home.

 

Between almost a two-month hospital stay, multiple surgeries and other life-saving medical intervention, the medical bills are piling up, and obviously Maria hasn't been working and Danny has only been able to work a limited amount. Anything you can contribute to help them through this incredibly difficult time is much appreciated.
