Help Danni Care for Her Dad

Hello, I am Danni and my Dad had a mini-stroke last week.

I had to fly home to be with him and we've been in the hospital for 1 week now. He was hospitalized twice last December for tachycardia and atrial fibrillation. They have implanted a pacemaker to control his heart issues and so far it's looks like it's successful. We're awaiting for him to get better and once he gets approval, he will be discharged to a rehabilitation facility.

As an only child, I am the only caretaker for him. I was laid off my corporate job last January 2024. I have used all my savings and retirement to keep afloat paying my mortgage and bills. I've been applying to all jobs with no luck even though I have 3 degrees and over 15 years of work experience. If anyone knows of any remote jobs, I would greatly appreciate any leads.

I don't know what the recovery process for my Dad will look like but the months ahead are uncertain. I never thought I'd have to ask strangers for help, but here we are.

These funds will help with my Uber costs to and from the hospital and rehab facilities, as I do not own a car here. Additionally, it will help to pay for some monthly bills (Electricity, Internet, Water) and to buy groceries.
