Daniil is a young man with a huge heart and a deep sense of purpose. As the second of four children, he has always been a protector and a role model for his younger siblings, especially his brother David. Last summer, after attending a youth camp in Uzbekistan, Daniil discovered a new calling: he dreamed of becoming a pastor. He had just returned to school, ready to start his life with a clean slate and a clear purpose. His friends now send him messages every day, waiting for an answer: “You promised to start over. We are waiting for you. Come back soon.”
On March 30, 2026, Daniil’s journey was tragically interrupted by a devastating road accident in South Korea. He suffered life-threatening injuries, including a severe traumatic brain injury, multiple skull and facial fractures, and extensive soft tissue damage. Daniil has been in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) for over three weeks, undergoing complex neurosurgery and reconstructive procedures to stabilize his facial bones. He is still not fully conscious, and his condition remains very serious.
The cost of saving Daniil’s life is overwhelming for his family. Danil remains in serious condition and is not yet fully conscious. The medical costs are overwhelming:

Daily ICU Cost: Approx. $3,000 USD per day.
The Road Ahead: At least another week in the ICU followed by months of intensive rehabilitation and potential future surgeries. The hospital and ICU bills continue to grow, and Daniil will need at least another week in the ICU before he can begin the long road to recovery, which will involve intensive therapy and possibly more surgeries.
