My name is Daniel Bolen. I have fallen on some hard times with work being spotty and being a single father with an absent ex-wife. With three children, it hasn't been easy. We were all doing okay and just barely getting by until an incident happened with my son that has put us back so far I'm not sure how I will balance it all. My youngest son Patty I was playing with our family dog in the backyard when another dog of the Neighbors and Ours got into a scuffle, Patrick trying to break the dogs up and Was Bitten, and dogs have dirty mouths the bite got infected extremely fast and he is now being treated for the second day for an infection spreading rapidly. The cellulitis is traveling up his arm and the doctors and nurses are working diligently to eliminate the infection. The Hospital stay has put a huge dent in our family finances without any insurance. We are going to try to apply to get Medicaid as soon as we can. However payments are going to be far behind especially starting a new job in another 3 weeks from now. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I will be starting a new job in a few weeks; however, the medical bills without any kind of insurance are going to be challenging. I'm going to apply for Medicaid and see what I can get for the family, but that remains unknown. This has put me back quite a bit on bills that I owe, just getting through taking care of three children and everything that comes with that.

I'm behind on rent and behind on payments for a vehicle that I need to get to work from Cape Coral to Naples every single day. This is the detriment that we as a family are facing.
