Help Aida, Daniel, and Their Children Heal After Losing Their Home and Everything in the Palisades Fire
Dear friends, family, community, and the kindness of strangers,
I’m Mariana, reaching out on behalf of my brother Daniel, his wife Aida, and their three children—Matteo (14), Federico (11), and Carolina (3). In an instant, the devastating Palisades fire destroyed their home and everything they owned, leaving their lives turned upside down.
With only 15 minutes to evacuate, Aida and Federico managed to leave with just two days' worth of clothes and a few documents. Everything else is gone. Now they face the overwhelming challenge of starting over, needing basic essentials like toothbrushes, clothing, and toys for the kids.
This GoFundMe is to support them through these critical weeks as they begin the emotional journey of healing and piecing their lives back together. Our goal is to provide comfort and stability for the children, who lost not only their home but also their school and beloved community overnight.
Daniel and Aida worked tirelessly to build a loving, safe home for their family. After years of moving around and working hard to provide the best for their children, they finally created their forever home in a community they cherished. Aida, who runs a non-toxic living consultancy (@3littleplums), has spent years helping others live healthier, toxin-free lives. Now, it’s our turn to give back to her and her family in their time of need.
Let’s come together to give them hope and support in this difficult moment. Any donation, no matter the amount, will make a difference. If you can’t donate, simply sharing this campaign or keeping them in your thoughts and prayers is equally appreciated.
Your kindness can help bring normalcy back to their lives, one day at a time. Together, we can give Daniel, Aida, and their children the stability they need to move forward. It’s in moments like these that the generosity of friends, family, and strangers truly lights the way forward.
