I have struggled with my weight my entire life. I have reached my weight loss goal and I lost 140 lbs. Now I have extra skin hanging around dragging me down both physically and mentally. I live to go to the gym and my workouts are being negatively impacted by my deflated fat suit. When I see myself in the mirror I’m impressed by what I’ve accomplished, but I still see my past. My unhealthy relationship with food, my bad life choices that lead me to emotional eating, knowing that the skin held on to depression and negative feelings about myself. It’s time for the skin to go and for me to keep moving forward with my healthy relationship with myself!
