Hi, my name is Deborah, and I am reaching out for Danielle Toney, someone who leads with heart, passion, and an unshakable desire to help others. It was not easy for her to share her experience publicly. After months of struggle, she took a leap in faith choosing transparency and truth.

For months Danielle dedicated herself fully to a project she truly believed in: The Rainbow House LLC in Shreveport, LA. She donated $1000s of dollars worth of labor, without compensation—her time, energy, and soul—because she believed in its Rainbow House LLC mission and the community it was meant to serve. She worked tirelessly, often doing the job of an entire team on her own, only to be met with malice from the owner of the Rainbow House LLC. As of now, the Rainbow House LLC is still in disrepair and barely livable conditions.

She endured verbal abuse, manipulation, and constant reminders her value was conditional. Meanwhile some of the most vulnerable residents were pushed out, not for doing wrong, but simply for disagreeing or standing their ground.

Dani asked the owner of Rainbow House LLC for help and begged for support but was met with resistance and rejection often being ghosted. As Dani stated in her post, “I realized, painfully, that no mission is worth losing your dignity, your peace, or your mental health.”

Danielle walked away with nothing but her dignity.

Leaving Rainbow House LLC means starting over—emotionally, financially, and professionally. Dani was the one who was creating a safe, inclusive space at The Rainbow House LLC. Now we want to build a space with integrity and most importantly transparency.
