Help Danielle Terrell Fight Eviction Fraud

Donation protected
Hello, my name is Danielle Terrell, and I need help. Angela Hasan from Hasan 2nd Chance (recently arrested, WSBTV finally aired me on the news November 25th, link below) preyed on people going through eviction, me included. I'm in Fulton County, and I'm a victim of hers as well. I joined her program to get my rent paid and credit repair services, but she stole all the money from me instead. Her program had a fee of $500 to stop the eviction. She promised to pay back rent, and we had to pay all current rent to her until the eviction was cleared. She had a lawyer included as well, which was her program's requirement, not knowing it was theft by deception per Detective Erin Sawyer of Clayton County. He advised me I'm included in her ongoing case after I showed proof and documents for Hasan 2nd Chance, but my eviction is still out there. This so-called godly woman, as she claimed to be, Angela Hasan, has gotten me in an even worse position with my property management company before joining her program in July.

I'm still trying many organizations for help with no return emails or calls yet to this day. With Fulton County being the largest county in Georgia, it's hard. I'm pleading for help to stay in my home. I have messaged and emailed everyone from my local councilwoman Ms. Boone to the mayor Mr. Dickens for Atlanta and the mayor of Jonesboro, where this lady had her business. Unfortunately, the mayor of Jonesboro did at least respond but can't help since I'm in Fulton. Not even Atlanta Legal Aid can help me, but they are aware of this fraudulent activity. They advised me of this and how she did families but just passed me off to another office. Clayton County, I've heard firsthand, has stopped evictions there for her victims and is trying to help those families, but since I'm in Fulton, I need help, PLEASE.

I'm thankful for WSBTV reporter Sophia Choi for hearing my story, showing it, and interviewing me. What you see on their site is horrible, and you do see there's nothing in my house. It's empty except for a desk for me to work and a bed, so when the Sheriff does come to put me out on the streets, by the grace of GOD, I still have my roof over my head. Some that I've befriended in a Facebook group of Hasan victims have already been evicted. They are my support to keep fighting her and pleading for help to stay or find another place. Please, please, can anyone help me get this to the hands of Fulton County courts and others? Clayton County courts advised me they forwarded all this to them and can only hope they follow their actions by stopping her victims' evictions and finding us help. But despite my many emails I send daily, I have yet to hear anything. My cry is unanswered at this point.

Channel 2 investigative reporter Sophia Choi spent weeks looking into the woman and the charges against her.
Choi first started investigating Angela Hasan after getting calls from people who were getting evicted after joining a program called Hasan 2nd Chance.
A woman named Danielle said she too will lose her home after seeing a flyer on Facebook and joining Hasan 2nd Chance.
“You took the money and not even willing to give it back. No contact or message. How could you do that to me?” Danielle said.

Hasan is facing 16 theft by deception charges in Clayton County, all related to her Hasan 2nd Chance program.
The warrants state she stole $38,664 from families looking for eviction help.
