My name is Jocelyn, I am starting this GoFundMe for my dear friend, Danielle Green.

Danielle is the mother of three wonderful children and is married to Matt Green, a kind, caring, hardworking man. Currently, she is in UW Madison Hospital in Wisconsin, two hours away from her home.

Since May 2024 she has had an emergency Triple Bypass Heart surgery in Chicago, Illinois.

In July, she had an emergency Auxiliary Aortic Bypass to get blood flow to her legs.

In August an infection started and turned her entire bypass and graft sites to mush. Everything had to be removed.

In October, another emergency surgery to removed the entire bypass. This left her without any blood flow to her legs and an increase in pain.

Finally, she was started on an aggressive antibiotic treatment through UW Madison Hospital.

In November, doctors found more infection throughout her abdomen. Another emergency surgery was performed to restore blood flow with a full Aortic to Femoral Bypass. This last surgery went well, but another infection cropped up and she is still in the hospital on a massive dose of antibiotics.

So, with Matt missing some work and having to drive a four hour round trip from Illinois to Madison, Wisconsin, their funds are depleted. They need help with the mortgage payment and utilities, as well as gas money.
