I am reaching out because I need help covering the cost of a hotel room for an upcoming peer support certification training in May. I was supposed to receive support with these costs, but unfortunately, that help is no longer available. Despite this setback, I have already signed up and been accepted into the training, and I am excited to share that I will also be graduating from college on May 2, 2026. I have managed to take care of all my other expenses, but the hotel room remains a challenge.

Becoming a certified peer supporter is very important to me. Having access to a peer support worker has greatly helped my own mental health and personal growth. This experience has inspired me to give back and support others as they navigate their own journeys. With this certification, I will be able to work with peers and help them grow, just as I have been helped along the way.
