Help Danielle and Justin Through This Critical Time

I am currently 23 weeks pregnant (as of Sunday, May 11th 2025). I have been in and out of the hospital since I was 15 weeks along, with complications. Eventually, these complications led to me receiving a blood transfusion.

On Wednesday May 7th, I came to Ann Arbor for an appointment at the U of M. At that appointment, we found out that I do not have amniotic fluid around baby Thea. They immediately took me back to be admitted and proceeded to tell my husband (Justin) and I that I have to stay admitted until I give birth or until I reach 34 weeks. They told Justin because we live 4 hours away they would prefer him to stay with me in case he needs to make medical decisions and so that he can be with Thea when she is born while they care for me. Once she is born (it could be anytime between now and 34 weeks) we will be here for whatever period of time Thea needs to grow; as she will be a premature baby no matter when she makes her way into the world.

My husband and I have 6 boys between the two of us. 2 of the boys we have full time. My mother has stepped up in caring for them during this hard time. We are raising money to be able to continue to pay our bills (house, utilities, vehicle, and all the essentials the boys need) while we’re away. I am trying to find daycare for the boys so my mom can work during the day and keep her bills paid; so we are also using the money we raise to pay for daycare.
