I never thought I’d be in a position where I needed to ask for help like this, but right now I’m doing everything I can to keep a roof over my head.

I’m a single mom, and this is my first home that I purchased in November 2025—something I worked really hard for and am incredibly proud of. It’s more than just a place to live; it’s stability and security for me and my child.

I recently started a new job that I truly love, but unfortunately it’s been extremely slow at the office. Because of that, I’ve only been getting scheduled about one day a week, which has put a serious strain on me financially and made it very difficult to keep up with my lot rent and mortgage.

I’ve been actively job hunting and trying to find additional work, but so far I haven’t had any luck. I’m doing everything I can, but right now I’m falling behind and it’s overwhelming.

Right now, I owe $562.18 on my mortgage (after paying $400 already) and $420 for my lot rent, which is due on the 1st but I have until the 3rd. My mortgage company has given me until the 15th, but even with that extension, I’m still struggling to get caught up and stay ahead for May.

I’m asking for help to get through this difficult time and catch up on my payments so I can keep our home. The thought of losing it is honestly scary, and I’m trying my best to prevent that from happening.

Any amount, no matter how small, would truly make a difference for me and my child. If you’re not able to donate, sharing this would mean just as much.
