My name is Danielis Ortega, I am 10 years old. I was hospitalized at the JM Hospital in Los Ríos, Caracas-Venezuela. A few weeks ago, I started to feel bad and my parents took me to the hospital because I had not had a bowel movement for several days. On the way, I began to vomit feces (due to so much accumulation) and to convulse, so they hospitalized me, having hypertensive crises. There, they detected a ball in my back (Space Occupation Injury = Retroperitoneal LOE), which caused sudden increases in arterial pressure, seizures, and even loss of consciousness. This tumor prevents me from evacuating. While I was hospitalized, they operated on me to try to remove this ball, but because it is very vascularized and close to important arteries such as the aorta and the vena cava, it is impossible to remove it. My doctors recommend chemotherapy treatment, but in order to start it, they must do several studies which are very expensive and, unfortunately, my parents do not have those resources, so we are requesting your collaboration. Every contribution is good, no matter the amount and most importantly, keep me in your prayers. My diagnosis: LOE Retroperitoneal Neuroblastoma.
