My daughter Daniela Silva was detained by ICE in October while she was in the process of getting her legal status. Her application was approved, and we have an attorney who has been working tirelessly on her case. Daniela is a loving mother to two young children, ages 6 and 5, who miss their mom immensely. Since her detention, our family has done everything possible to fight for her release and support her children, but the journey has been long and the expenses have added up quickly.

We have been able to cover the legal costs so far, but it has become increasingly difficult to manage as the process continues. Daniela’s children need their mother, and we are doing everything we can to bring her home. The funds raised will go directly toward her legal fees, helping us continue the fight for her freedom and reunite her with her kids.
