Help Daniela and Farid Open Zaytun in El Salvador

Dear Friends and Family,
Over the past few months, Farid and I have been tirelessly hustling to turn our dream into a reality, fueled by the opportunity to create something truly special. Our tiny kitchen has been our sanctuary, a place where we find joy amidst the chaos and sadness of the world.
As many of you know, our love of cooking began when we moved to Nicaragua in 2015 and dreamed of owning a small restaurant by the beach. Years later, Cutty Boards SF filled that void, but we understood early on that opening something in SF would be an uphill battle. No pun intended.
Now, we find ourselves closer to realizing our dream of opening Zaytun, a Arab mezze restaurant by the beach in El Salvador's town of El Tunco. This dream is not just about starting a business; it's about creating a vibrant space where people can gather, feel safe, eat well, listen to dope music, all while supporting our local community.
Asking for help is never easy, especially when it comes to something so personal. I’ve contemplated this message for the last three months. But today, we’re taking that step because we deeply believe in this dream and know that it can only become a reality with the support of our community.
Thank you for being a part of our journey and for considering supporting us. We hope one day you'll visit us in El Salvador where we can host you. We are incredibly grateful for each and every one of you.
With love and appreciation,
Daniela and Farid
This project is a heartfelt dedication to our mothers who have been our anchors. Without your support and love, this dream would not be possible.
