Hello, my name is Daniel.
This is incredibly difficult for me to write, but I’ve reached a point where I need to ask for help — something I’ve spent my entire life trying to avoid.
I am a professional hairstylist, artist, and creative who has spent years building a career through hard work, discipline, and passion. I’ve always supported myself independently and helped others whenever I could. Unfortunately, a sudden and severe injury changed everything.
In November, I suffered a serious ankle fracture that required surgery, leaving me unable to walk, work, or generate income for an extended period of time. The recovery has been far more challenging than I ever imagined — physically, emotionally, and financially. I am still in pain, mobility is limited, and returning to work safely has been slow and uncertain.
Because my work is entirely physical, this injury instantly removed my ability to earn a living. At the same time, medical costs, basic living expenses, and daily necessities didn’t stop. I’ve done everything I can to stay afloat, but the reality is that I’ve reached my limit.
On top of the physical recovery, this period has taken a deep toll on my mental health. I’ve been navigating intense stress, depression, and fear — all while trying to stay strong and hopeful. I’m doing my best to heal responsibly and rebuild my life step by step, but I cannot do this alone anymore.
I am asking for support to help cover:
• Basic living expenses (rent, utilities, food)
• Medical and recovery-related costs
• Transportation and mobility needs
• Care for my dog, who has been my emotional anchor through this
Every donation — no matter the amount — helps me buy time to heal properly, reduce overwhelming stress, and focus on recovery without the constant fear of losing stability. If you’re unable to donate, sharing this page means more than you know.
I believe deeply in resilience, healing, and rebuilding — and I am committed to returning stronger, healthier, and more grounded than before. Your support gives me the chance to do that with dignity.
Thank you for taking the time to read this, and thank you from the bottom of my heart for any kindness you can offer.
With gratitude,
Daniel
