My name is Daniel, and I am a Jewish-Iranian Canadian asking for help during a serious legal and safety crisis.

I am currently facing ongoing legal proceedings and credible security threats affecting both me and my family. Some of these threats, including death threats and threats linked to Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), have already been publicly reported. Because of the sensitive nature of these circumstances, I cannot safely share every detail on this page, but parts of my situation are reflected in media coverage and in sworn legal materials filed in Ontario.

Over the past year, I have been living under extreme emotional and financial pressure while trying to protect my family, respond to urgent legal matters, and maintain basic stability. The strain has become overwhelming, and I urgently need professional legal representation and immediate support to help keep my family safe and move forward.

The funds raised will be used for:

• retaining legal counsel

• legal filings, document preparation, and related professional support

• urgent safety and protection expenses for my family

• essential short-term living and stability costs during this crisis
