Help Daniel Prescott's Family After His Sudden Passing

My name is Kevin J. Garcia, and I am creating this page to support the surviving family of Daniel Prescott. Daniel was a Journeyman Wireman with the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) Local 349 in Miami, Florida, and a member of the Austen Electric Family for over 22 years.

I have had the pleasure of working with Daniel for 14 years and 7 as his immediate supervisor. I spoke with Daniel every workday, and I will never forget his dedication and passion for Austen and his unwavering commitment to excellence, regardless of the task or the job. Daniel was a true professional who always performed without hesitation and to his best ability.

Unfortunately, Daniel was taken from us far too early, at the age of 56, on Sunday, August 24, 2025, from a heart attack. I spoke with Daniel on his last day with us, and I could hear the fear that something was not right while he was in the hospital before undergoing surgery. Daniel was a devout believer in faith, and I am certain that he is looking down, appreciating everything we are doing for his wife and two children so that he can find peace knowing that they will be taken care of.
