Help Daniel McKay Excel in Music Education

Hi, my name is Daniel McKay, and I'm an undergraduate Music Education Major at Georgia State University. In January, I auditioned for, and have been awarded, the amazing opportunity of traveling to Chicago this summer to play trumpet with the Chicago Summer Opera Program. While I have a scholarship for part of the tuition, I need to raise enough money to pay for my transportation there, my housing, and other expenses, including meals.

Some of the opportunities I get through the Chicago Summer Opera Program are the experience of playing in a high-level operatic orchestra, private lessons, masterclasses, and career workshops to improve my craft and prepare myself for a career in the music industry.
