Help Daniel Lozano Heal After a Tragic Car Accident

For Context:

Hi, my name is Chris and I am Danny’s older brother. I started this fundraiser to support him after his accident. Our family is doing everything we can as Danny faces surgeries, rehabilitation, and time away from school. Any help you can give means more than words can express. 

Danny’s Story: 

On the night of September 28, 2025, just before midnight, my brother Daniel (Danny) Lozano was a passenger in a devastating car crash in North Bergen, New Jersey. He was an innocent passenger in a vehicle struck during a high-speed police chase. The crash claimed the lives of his close friends and forever changed our family. 

We are beyond grateful that Danny survived, but he now faces a long road ahead. He suffered a broken leg, serious injuries to his hand, and a small brain bleed. His recovery will include multiple surgeries, months of physical therapy, and emotional support as he heals from this trauma. 

Danny is a hardworking Mechanical Engineering student at NJIT, just beginning to build his future. He is known by family and friends for his kindness, intelligence, and determination.

Why We’re Asking for Help:

Our family is by his side, but the costs of medical care, rehabilitation, and basic living expenses are more than we can manage alone. That is why we are turning to our community for support. 

We are hoping to raise as much as we can to help cover Danny’s medical bills, rehabilitation, and the support he will need on his journey back to health.
