Help Elvis Capron Reunite with His Son

My name is Penny Capron and I am creating this GoFundMe for legal assistance for my son, Elvis Capron, as well as myself and my grandson.

My son and his son's mother split up in November. Initially, the only contact my son had with my grandson was school lunches the last few weeks prior to Christmas break. I went with him one time and have since been banned from seeing him. We have been denied visitation and phone contact, and our request to have him part of Christmas break went totally ignored.

My son has checked several avenues for help, including Legal Aid, which said they couldn't help. He needs an attorney ASAP to address the issues he is facing and hoping we can again be a part of my grandson's life.

We found an attorney, and we are seeking any kind of help to get this addressed.
